Mr Andre Casson, BBC’s tenth and current Headmaster, brings decades of experience to his role. Before joining the College in 2022, he served as the Head of the Australian International School in Singapore, where he played a pivotal role in the institution’s strategic direction and growth.
Mr Casson is a graduate of the General Management Program at Harvard Business School. He has a Diploma in Education from The University of Notre Dame Australia and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Western Australia.
The College Executive at BBC comprises a team of seven senior leaders, each with a distinct portfolio that encompasses all aspects of the College’s operations. These portfolios include academic leadership, student welfare, community engagement, and other key areas.

The Brisbane Boys’ College Advisory Council is a subcommittee of the PMSA Board, serving as an advisory body that informs, advises, and supports the Headmaster, CEO, and the PMSA Board. The Headmaster reports to the PMSA CEO and is responsible for the daily operations of the school.
The Advisory Council comprises members drawn from both the College and the wider community, as well as the Headmaster, who is a non-voting member. Vacancies on the Council are filled after a public call for expressions of interest.
