Mr Jamie Nicol

Mr Jamie Nicol has over 28 years of experience in the funds management industry and is one of the founders of DNR Capital, established in 2001. He is the business’s Chief Investment Officer and is responsible for managing their High Conviction, Income, and Socially Responsible portfolios. DNR Capital is one of the leading boutique fund managers in the country, with over $10 billion in funds under management. The company has won numerous industry awards since its inception. 

Before establishing DNR Capital, Mr Nicol held senior roles in company research and analysis for two major stockbroking firms, as well as for Westpac. He commenced his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (formerly Coopers & Lybrand) in the areas of audit and tax. Mr Nicol holds a Bachelor of Business – Accounting (Distinction) and a Bachelor of Economics. He is a former Fellow of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
