The first day of Prep is a huge milestone in a child’s upbringing. It’s a big moment – the first step on an educational journey that will last thirteen years – and parents understandably want to make sure their children are beginning that journey in a space that’s right for them. Our Prep school tours are tailored to introduce families to our campus with a specific focus on the unique aspects of this important first year.
BBC offers two ways for prospective Prep families to discover more about our College, staff, and facilities:
We hold regular Prep Discovery Mornings to allow families to learn more about how life in Prep works at the College. Attendance at these events is strictly limited to ensure that every family has plenty of time to explore, observe, and ask questions.
These sessions typically run from 9:00am to 10:30am.
On these specially tailored mornings, you’ll see a Prep class in action, meet members of our teaching staff, and have a chat with our Head of Junior School, Mrs Summa Todd. It’s a great way to discover how BBC tailors our teaching approach to suit the unique learning needs of young boys, building foundational strengths in literacy, numeracy, and more to pave the way for future academic success.
Our Admissions team also runs private tours arranged at a date and time that works for you. These one-on-one tours will give you the chance to see our campus first-hand, with a primary focus on our Prep facilities. You’ll learn more about our teaching, learning, and play facilities and have the opportunity to ask questions of our staff.
Our Admissions team is ready to answer any questions you might have about our school tours. You can reach them by phone or email:
You can also make online enquiries if you’d prefer.
