Mrs Smith’s contributions to BBC are multifaceted and impactful. She has been instrumental in ensuring the completion of the 2024 Master Plan Campus Vision and the delivery of projects falling within it. Her passion for beautifying the campus and improving the facilities available to the boys is evident in her work. Additionally, Mrs Smith has spearheaded several business initiatives that have led to significant improvements in processes and procedures. 

Beyond her immediate professional sphere, Mrs Smith’s influence resonates through her board and committee engagements. She has served as a Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee for The Australian Ballet School, a Council Member for Duchesne College, and contributed significantly to the Association of School Business Administrators at both the state and national levels.
