With over 20 years of experience in media, marketing, and business development across Australia, Asia, and Europe, Mrs Katrina Bracken is a dedicated leader and strategist driving results through dynamic communication and partnership building. Her successful track record in managing high-performance teams is the result of strategic, analytical, and lateral leadership, as well as a commitment to the importance of people and collaboration.  

Prior to her appointment as Director of School Development and Community Engagement, Mrs Bracken served as BBC’s Head of Admissions. Under her leadership, the Admissions Department refined and streamlined its operations, enhancing the experience of families preparing to join the BBC community. 

Mrs Bracken is a change management specialist who creates cultural and organisational alignment to enable desirable outcomes for all stakeholders, driving growth and satisfaction. She fosters authentic community engagement in collaboration with both colleagues and clients, leveraging her extensive experience in media relations to help nurture an environment where every boy has the opportunity to thrive.
