Information for Attendees

Knowing how welcome this wonderful rain is to so many Australians, we will not complain about the weather; however, the prevailing conditions have resulted in the decision to relocate the event to College Hall for your comfort and safety.

Most importantly, you can rest assured you will be dry, comfortable and guaranteed to have a fabulous time!

Here are a few reminders to help your evening run smoothly:

When and Where?
The event will be held in College Hall, commencing at 7.00pm and concluding at 10.00pm. Please visit the Welcome tables at the front of College Hall on your arrival to collect your name tag, wine glass and complimentary drink ticket. For those looking to meet and mingle with parents of boys in the same cohorts, numbered year level tables located inside the venue will provide a meeting point. View the location of College Hall on our campus map here

Parking and Transport
Unfortunately, due to the heavy rain, parking on the oval will not be available. Limited parking will be available on campus, or in the surrounding streets. Better still, why not book a cab or ride-share and be dropped to the door! The College’s main Kensington Terrace entry will be open to drop-off and pick-up vehicle traffic only, and to those requiring access to our disabled parking bays.

Dress Code and Footwear
The dress code for Gathering of the Clan is smart casual. For guests’ safety, we recommend non-slip shoes, and request no stiletto heels inside please.

What to Bring?
Bring along your best dance moves along with cash or card for drink ticket purchases. EFTPOS will be available.

We look forward to seeing you there!
