Training

The College fields two teams in each GPS age group. There are two training sessions each week for each age group - one in the morning from 6.45am to 8.00am and one in the afternoon from 3.15pm until 5.00pm.

Dragons club sessions take place at BBC sports complex on a Tuesday afternoon 5.00pm - 6.00pm for the 13, 14 and 15 age groups and on a Tuesday evening for the Open age group throughout the year.

Competition

There are three levels of competition for volleyball at BBC; the GPS competition, interhouse competition, which is only open to those boys who do not make a GPS team and club volleyball in association with Dragons' Volleyball Club, which is open to all boys who wish to further develop their skills and play volleyball competition outside GPS season.

Season

Trials for teams commence at the start of school in January. Both GPS and inter-house competitions run concurrently, the inter-house competition on a Wednesday afternoon and the GPS competition on a Saturday morning throughout Term 1.
