P&F Constitution

Please contact Anne Wildermuth in the P&F Office should you require a copy of the current BBC Parents & Friends' Association Constitution or its Support Group Constitution.

The Parents & Friends' Association meets on the second Tuesday of each month in the College Room located in the main Administration Building, Kensington Terrace entrance. Please feel free to come along at 7.00pm for light refreshments and to meet with the P&F Executive and other parents before commencement of the meeting at 7.30pm. New faces are always welcome - so please come along to find out what's happening in the College community.

The Association is an essential and active member of the College Community forming a vital link with the functions of the College through its representation on the various decision making Committees and Boards. The Association is encouraged by the College Council to be actively involved in these processes which play an important role in our students' education and personal development.

The Association has encouraged the formation of Parent Support Groups to allow parents to work with the teaching staff in supporting the activities in which their sons participate. Members of Support Groups organise a number of fundraising and social events, all intended to provide additional facilities for the students of the College.

The Parents and Friends' Association is responsible for the voluntary organisation of the Tuckshop, Uniform Shop and the Bookshop. In addition, various social functions are conducted each year including the Valedictory Dinner for Year 12 students and their parents.

Parent Connections

BBC Parent Connections welcomes parents from all year levels interested in being actively involved in their sons' school life. As the support network for the Parents and Friends' Association, Parent Connections plays a key role in many important aspects of the College.
