The Presbyterian and Methodist Schools' Association (PMSA), an association of the Uniting Church in Australia and the Assembly of the Presbyterian Church in Queensland, conducts four schools - Brisbane Boys' College, Clayfield College, Somerville House and the Sunshine Coast Grammar School - and is the Churches' involvement in education in independent schools. The Association was established because of the concern of the Churches to provide a Christian education for young people in the community.
A former Chairman of the BBC Council, Mr Des Robinson, is Chairman of the PMSA.
The Brisbane Boys' College Council is a sub-committee of the PMSA. Present BBC Council members are:
* Mr Geoffrey Hines - Chairman
* Hon Justice Andrew Greenwood
* Mr Alan Grummitt
* Mrs Jacqueline McPherson
* Mr Stephen McRae
* Mr Norbury Rogers
