Brisbane Boys' College is proud to launch its newly developed online communications directory for Old Collegians. Our website is now a major tool for two-way communication and also enables the collection of information to help provide an improved level of service to our members interested in careers and business networking opportunities.

The online communications directory provides you with the ability to:

• Contact anybody within the directory
  
• Use the business directory
  
• Leave messages via a bulletin board
  
• Update your own details
  
• Inform others of your activities via a diary message
  
• Encourage others to join
  
• Search the world for alumni

We hope you will support this initiative. Please note that all details (including email addresses) added to the directory remain private and are only visible to the user and the administrators of this site.

Nominations close on Wednesday 25 October 2006. Candidates will be listed and a ballot form will be available for those who cannot attend the meeting.

CAPS - Community Action for the Prevention of Suicide

Recently the Old Collegians' Association became an organisational member of CAPS Inc. (Community Action for the Prevention of Suicide). Deeply troubled by the recent deaths of three young Old Boys the OCA placed suicide prevention as a priority and has joined forces with CAPS to inform and help the BBC community to overcome and prevent these tragedies.
